Return & Refund Policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@blkoutapparel.com. Include your order number and a reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn or washed items
• Custom or personalized items

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss the availability of the item you'd like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
